As Research Director of the International Centre for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University, David contributes to leading edge research in coaching as well as the supervision of senior coaches undertaking Doctoral research with the Centre. He also developed a Masters programme in Executive Coaching, which is now available in the USA, South Africa and the UK and the first Professional Doctorate programme in coaching. As a coach for more than twenty years, David has worked across a wide range of industries in a number of countries. Typically working with senior executives facing major change his coaching assists them to align their contribution to change, where they want to go and what makes sense for the business.

David’s work with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council has been concerned with Codes of Conduct and Standards and kite marking of coach training. Working with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches he has researched and developed the standards for the Certified Master Business Coach award. His contributions to counselling psychology led to the senior award of the British Psychological Society for “Outstanding Scientific Contribution”. He is an accredited executive coach and supervisor (APECS) and a full member of the Worldwide Associations of Business Coaches.

Arnon is a clinical psychologist professor of psychology and psycho-anthropologist. Arnon is the founder and academic director in Coaching Psychology Academy that work in partnership with Professional Development Foundation to develop knowledge teach and supervise MA and PhD studies leading to degrees of Middlesex University in coaching psychology. We also work in partnership with UGSM-Monarch Business School for Graduate Studies in Switzerland.

Arnon studied psychology and philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He continued to a Diploma of Advanced Specialized Studies (DESS) in clinical psychology at the Sorbonne (Universite $ene Descartes).He obtained his PhD. in psycho-anthropology at the School of Advanced Studies in Social Sciences( EHESS) in Paris. Arnon founded and was the academic director of the coaching pssychology study program at Tel Aviv University. Arnon’s vision is to establish Coaching Psychology as a pluralistic academic discipline from a contemporary humanistic –existential outlook. Arnon is also the founder and chair of IACP Israel Association for Coaching Psychology and is a past president of the Israel Association for Psychotherapy. Arnon is a member of the international board for the Coaching Psychology International Congress and an honorary vice president in ISCP International Society for Coaching Psychology. Among Arnon’s publications are "Prometheus Molds – towards an evolutionary psychology of the self" and “Beyond the empty glass – Ideas and Images from the Psychological Clinic and Beyond” and a book in press "The Spirit of Time".

An Industrial Engineer graduated from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Master Coach for over 20 years, facilitator for international transformation programs with over 150 open seminars given in Latin America. He has also acted as corporate coach in human resources development programs for high profile companies. Author of two books pertaining to ontological coaching basic principles and practice. Presently he participates in the formation of new coaching professionals.

Leo is a business and systems engineering professional with an academic formation from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA), an MBA from Florida International University (FIU), a Coaching and Mentoring degree from the ADEN Business School, and a Specialization in Coaching from the University of California, Irvine Extension. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of team development and leadership for multinational corporations such as Scotiabank, HSBC, Scientific Games and more than 8 years performing as Master Coach. He is an active member of the International Coach Federation and of the Association for Coaching of London.

With a PhD in Law from the Buenos Aires University, Master Coach for over 25 years, thinker and author of five key books which currently constitute a global reference and compulsory bibliography for the livelihood and practice of ontological coaching. Has facilitated coaching and cultural transformation workshops and seminars through Latin America, working in close collaboration with multinational companies and governmental entities. He is currently dedicated, besides the active practice of coaching, to the development of new fields with the ontological paradigm and the formation of new professional in the field of coaching.
